“For me, the biggest value being part of the Gram Equipment Graduate Program has been the people I have worked with along the way and the understanding I have gained of how the different parts of the organization come together.”
Tommy Bui (ENG Integrated Design - SDU) - Project Manager at Gram Equipment
“The Graduate program gave me a strong network across the entire company and useful insights into many of our internal processes.” / “Contributing to such a significant change as a graduate was both empowering and a clear example of how my work could make a meaningful difference.”
Luciana Apachitei (ENG in Global Business Engineering - VIA University College) - Engineering Excellence Project Manager
"At Gram Equipment, I have shaped the company's direction and the projects related to it. I have had the chance to choose the projects that interested me. Many of the things I have learned in my studies, I have been able to apply to what I am doing at Gram Equipment, from engineering work to business understanding. I am actively involved in the strategy work, engineering practices and various digitalization tools. I use a lot of theoretical knowledge that I have acquired in my Engineering studies in relation to my daily work. My business background helped me understand how the business is working, and because the company foundation is at the technical aspect, my background has helped me identify its strengths and weaknesses very fast." -
Rudy Mandrup Cazelles (ENG Product Development and Innovation - SDU) - Business Developer at Gram Equipment
