Sales and Customer Success Intern

Userlink runs AI agents in production at several hundred Nordic webshops, including Bahne, XL-BYG, Coolshop and Bygma. The agents answer customers, help them choose and buy, and learn from every conversation. We are a small team in Odense, and as an intern you sit right in the middle of it.

What you will do

You call Danish webshops, primarily on WooCommerce, and book demos for the sales team. You follow up on leads that were close to starting a trial, and call existing customers about new features and extra domains.

You reach out to new agencies that work with webshops, and follow up on the ones we already work with. Lead lists and the CRM are yours.

You sit next to the people selling today and get a weekly review of your calls.

What you get out of it

Real numbers to show: meetings booked, leads qualified and customers who said yes. That is the experience that makes the difference when you apply for your first job, and if it goes well, you can continue as a student worker.

The person

• Dreams of building something of their own one day

• Ideally has already started something alongside their studies, a webshop, a channel, an association or something else entirely

• Happily gives more than an internship asks for, because it is fun

• Says things as they are, and can take the same in return

• Takes ownership and looks for solutions rather than excuses

• Curious, learns fast and has a positive mindset

Practical

Full-time at the office at Storms Pakhus in Odense. SU-eligible, with a gratuity possible. A dedicated supervisor with a weekly 1:1. Start as soon as possible or by agreement, and the internship runs for the period your programme sets. You might be studying marketing management, service management, international sales and marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship or something similar.
