Vi søger to engagerede, ansvarsfulde og stabile profiler til vores transport- og logistikdrift: En struktureret koordinator (med aktiv kørsel) og en professionel chauffør. Begge stillinger kræver almindeligt kørekort (Kategori B), samt at du behersker tyrkisk og engelsk.

PROFIL 1: Teamkoordinator & Chauffør (Hybridstilling)

Som vores nye koordinator bliver du omdrejningspunktet for den daglige drift. Du får ansvaret for at planlægge arbejdet for vores chauffører, men du er også en aktiv del af flåden og træder selv til bag rattet.

Dine primære opgaver:

• Planlægning og koordinering: Daglig ruteplanlægning og opgavestyring for selskabets ansatte chauffører.

• Kvalitetssikring i marken: Køre periodisk med chaufførerne for at evaluere, vejlede og sikre vores høje kvalitetsstandarder.

• Aktiv kørsel: Selvom du har administrative opgaver, fungerer du også som aktiv chauffør (Kørekort B) i det daglige og i travle perioder.

• Administrative opgaver: Håndtering af ad-hoc administrative opgaver relateret til driften.

• Sparring og support: Fungere som primær kontaktperson, guide og motivator for chaufførteamet.

Vores forventninger til dig:

• Sprogkundskaber: Du skal kunne kommunikere flydende på tyrkisk og engelsk i både skrift og tale af hensyn til vores interne koordinering og samarbejdspartnere.

• Erfaring med logistik, koordinering eller teamledelse (erfaring fra transportbranchen er en stor fordel).

• Struktureret, løsningsorienteret og i stand til at bevare overblikket i pressede situationer.

• Gyldigt kørekort (B) og erfaring som aktiv, rutineret bilist.

PROFIL 2: Chauffør (Kørekort B)

Vi søger en stabil og serviceminded chauffør, der vil være virksomhedens ansigt udadtil over for vores kunder. Du bliver en vigtig del af vores daglige leveringsteam.

Dine primære opgaver:

• Transport og levering: Sikker og effektiv afvikling af de planlagte ruter i selskabets biler (Kategori B).

• Kundeservice: Sikre at varer/ydelser leveres til tiden og altid med et højt serviceniveau og et smil.

• Kvalitetsbevidst arbejde: Sørge for at køretøjet holdes pænt, og at gældende retningslinjer for transporten overholdes.

• Samarbejde: Tæt dialog med koordinatoren og resten af teamet for at optimere hverdagen.

Vores forventninger til dig:

• Sprogkundskaber: Du kan tale og forstå enten tyrkisk eller engelsk på et fornuftigt niveau (og gerne begge dele).

• Gyldigt kørekort (B) og solid erfaring med kørsel i varebil eller lignende.

• Mødestabil, fleksibel og ansvarsfuld omkring dine arbejdstider og opgaver.

• Præsentabel, høflig og serviceminded over for kunder og kollegaer.

ASIYE GROUP ApS continues to grow, and we are now expanding our team. We are seeking two dedicated, responsible, and reliable profiles for our transport and logistics operations: A structured coordinator (with active driving) and a professional driver. Both positions require a standard driver's license (Category B), as well as proficiency in Turkish and English.

PROFILE 1: Team Coordinator & Driver (Hybrid Position)

As our new coordinator, you will be the core of our daily operations. You will be responsible for planning the work schedule for our drivers, but you will also be an active part of the fleet and step behind the wheel yourself.

Your primary tasks:

• Planning and coordination: Daily route planning and task management for the company's employed drivers.

• Quality assurance in the field: Periodically driving with the drivers to evaluate, guide, and ensure our high-quality standards.

• Active driving: Even though you have administrative tasks, you will also act as an active driver (License B) on a daily basis and during busy periods.

• Administrative tasks: Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks related to operations.

• Sparring and support: Acting as the primary contact person, guide, and motivator for the driver team.

Our expectations for you:

• Language skills: You must be able to communicate fluently in Turkish and English (both written and spoken) for our internal coordination and business partners.

• Experience in logistics, coordination, or team leadership (experience in the transport industry is a major advantage).

• Structured, solution-oriented, and able to maintain an overview in high-pressure situations.

• Valid driver's license (B) and experience as an active, experienced driver.

PROFILE 2: Driver (Driver's License B)

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded driver who will be the face of the company to our customers. You will become an important part of our daily delivery team.

Your primary tasks:

• Transport and delivery: Safe and efficient execution of planned routes in the company's vehicles (Category B).

• Customer service: Ensuring that goods/services are delivered on time and always with a high service level and a smile.

• Quality-conscious work: Making sure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy, and that applicable regulations for transport are followed.

• Collaboration: Close dialogue with the coordinator and the rest of the team to optimize the daily workflow.

Our expectations for you:

• Language skills: You can speak and understand either Turkish or English at a reasonable level (and preferably both).

• Valid driver's license (B) and solid experience driving vans or similar vehicles.

• Punctual, flexible, and responsible regarding your working hours and tasks.

• Presentable, polite, and service-minded towards customers and colleagues.
