The Role
Join our warranty team delivering troubleshooting, repairs, diagnostics and technical support for train electrical and electronic systems during the warranty period.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assembly, disassembly, measurement, diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and follow-up of electrical/electronic failures in the various train systems.
• Change and replace any type of electrical and electronic element and component of the train.
• Carry out and report modifications resulting from the analysis of systematic electrical/electronic failure reports.
• Track, accompany, and supervise train systems and their performance.
• Load and extract data from diagnostic software, interfaces, and electrical/electronic system tools.
• Collaborate with Product Maintenance teams to provide troubleshooting support and technical advice.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation of interventions and corrective actions performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support root-cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Electrical Technician, Electrician, or similar qualification.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• English required.
